ClickPayRent gives Owners the ability to provide payment options to their tenants. Tenants can use the payment options to pay rent, security deposits and pay for other maintenance type services online, such as laundry services, concierge, painting, fitness clubs, and to place classified ads within the building (Call for details). Through the utilization of a secure, simple and convenient online interface, ClickPayRent allows tenants to use their credit and debit cards to meet their monthly commitment to pay rent. In an online domain, ClickPayRent not only brings Owners and Tenants effectively into the twenty-first century, but also provides both parties with benefits beyond traditional forms of payment. ClickPayRent additionally offers the ability for multiple payees to contribute payments to the same unit, for example when a parent or grandparent, or a sublet situation occurs, and when one tenant signs up for ClickPayRent, and the other roommates want to pay online as well and do not have an account yet.

The Management Team

Steven Kamhi - Founder - Steve is a residential property developer in NYC for over ten years. Steven had spent his fifteen years in the garment center building large businesses with international exposure, due to manufacturing, design, marketing, and sales within the highly compeitive fashion markets, dealing with WalMart, Target, and many other large retailers. Steve is a youth sports coach, father of three, and studies martial arts. Steve has a BA in Business Administration from Adelphi University.

Steven Van Praagh - Founder - Steven is a business communications and Internet entrepreneur for over fifteen years. Steven had built and sold several .COM type businesses, and applies his hands-on experience in branding, software development, web standards, and e-commerce to the building and successful growth of ClickPayRent. Steven is an active cyclist, golfer, tennis player, photographer, skier, youth sports coach, and father of two daughters. Steven has a BA in Communications from Adelphi University.

Tom Kiernan - Co-Founder - Tom has helped Fortune 500 companies and startups launch and market their online businesses for the past twelve years. As the VP, Chief Media Officer for Organic (www.organic.com), Tom and team helped companies like Nike, The Gap, Home Depot, Washington Mutual, Federated, and many others with developing, execute, and refine their internet strategies. As a member of the executive team, Tom helped take Organic public in 2000 and it is now wholly owned by Omnicom Group which is the largest holding company for advertising and marketing services business in the world. For the past five years, Tom was the Co-CEO of Arena Media Networks, a company he founded that pioneered a digital media network in MLB, NBA, NHL, and NFL stadiums across the U.S. Tom is a competitive triathelete, hiker, youth sports coach, and father of three boys. Tom has a BA from Holy Cross.

Eric Kigathi - CTO - Eric is a software engineer with ten years of financial data services experience. Eric brings a highly technical viewpoint to ensure operability, user-friendliness, reliability, and his main concern, is our ability to maintain the highest level of security and web usability standards across the board. Eric was born in Kenya, and was educated in the United States. BS in Computer Science from University of Bridgeport.

Peter Mills - Director of Marketing - Peter has a thirty year track record as a marketing consultant, graphic designer, and art director. Peter has a unique ability to envision what a business should look like, and how it will be perceived. He translates this into marketing messages and materials that get attention and motivate target audiences to take action. Peter is a father, skier, beach comber, and photographer. Peter has a BA, School of Visual and Performing Arts, from Syracuse University.
